Description
The control board cannot read a valid resistance from the RTD oven temperature sensor because its circuit is open, so cooking is blocked.

1. Turn the home circuit breaker to the range off for 30 seconds, then back on.
2. Retest the oven operation.
3. If code 03 remains, the sensor or its wiring needs service.
