Additional Troubleshooting

1. Turn off the washer and clean the drain pump filter at the bottom front.
2. Check the drain hose for kinks or clogs.
3. Make sure the drain hose is not pushed too far into the standpipe.
4. If the code returns, contact a Samsung service centre.
