Door Open or Long Water Inlet
Description
E1 means different things on different Hisense dishwashers. On models such as HV60340UK, HS520E40WUK and HV603D40 it means the door was opened while the dishwasher was running. On models such as HV623D15UK, HS523E15WUK and HSCM15FS it means water intake took too long: the tap is not open, the supply is restricted or the water pressure is too low.

1. Close the door firmly until it latches and make sure no dishes or baskets are in the way
2. Check that the water tap is fully open
3. Check that the inlet hose is not kinked or squashed
4. Restart the program; if E1 remains, contact Hisense service
