Description
The machine cannot lock the door within the allotted time (about 20 seconds), so the wash program will not start.

1. Open the door and close it firmly until it clicks
2. Check that no laundry is caught in the door seal
3. Inspect the latch and the door lock (UBL) for damage
4. Contact service to replace the door lock if the error persists
