Description

Zanussi lists E50 (shown as C9 or F9 on some models) as a fault related to the motor or the motor control system. Zanussi advises not to use the machine until the problem has been fixed.

Additional Troubleshooting

1. Unplug the washing machine at the wall socket for about 1 minute.
2. Plug it back in and check whether the error has cleared.
3. If the drum does not turn or E50 comes back, stop using the machine.
4. Contact an authorised Zanussi service centre to arrange a repair.
