The freezer evaporator fan is not turning, usually because frost has built up around the fan blade.

Additional Troubleshooting

1. Unplug the refrigerator and remove all food and ice from the freezer
2. Leave the doors open and let the unit defrost for at least 8 hours
3. Plug the unit back in and check whether the code clears
4. If the error returns, contact an authorized service center to replace the fan motor
