Description

The self-diagnosis system has detected a general malfunction, most often related to the magnetron or the high-voltage inverter circuit. The oven stops heating for safety.

Additional Troubleshooting

1. Unplug the microwave for at least 5 minutes to reset the electronics, then plug it back in. 2. Check that the ventilation openings are not blocked and let the unit cool down. 3. Try heating a cup of water for 30 seconds to see if the code returns. 4. If the code persists, contact an authorized Panasonic service center. Never open the inverter circuit yourself.
