Possible Causes

  • Too much foam inside the tub

  • Damaged door gasket or incorrect installation or levelling
  • Internal leak collecting water in the base tray

Additional Troubleshooting

1. Close the water tap.
2. Check that the dishwasher is installed correctly and stands level.
3. Load the baskets as the user manual shows, and do not place large items such as oven trays where they stop the spray arm from turning.
4. Make sure the filters, spray arms and sump are clean, and that the door gasket is clean and undamaged.
5. Unplug the dishwasher and leave it off overnight with the water tap closed.
6. Plug it back in and open the water tap. If the programme runs without interruption, the problem has probably been solved.
7. If i30 appears again, close the water tap and contact Electrolux service to arrange a repair.
