Unbalanced Load: Programme Ended Without Spin
Description
The laundry was spread so unevenly in the drum that the machine skipped the spin to protect itself and ended the programme, so the laundry comes out wet. Beko says this happens both with too little laundry and with an overloaded or clumped load.

1. Open the door once the door lock symbol goes out and spread the laundry evenly around the drum; untangle items that have balled up or ended up inside a duvet cover
2. If there are only one or two items in the drum, add a few more of a similar fabric
3. If the drum is packed tight, take some items out
4. Select the Spin programme, set the spin speed and start it
5. If E18 keeps appearing with a normal load, check that the machine stands level on all four feet and that the transport bolts have been removed
6. Contact Beko service if the machine still refuses to spin
