Drain Pump Blocked
Description
The machine cannot pump the water out because the drain pump or its filter is blocked.

Additional Troubleshooting
1. Switch the machine off and unplug it
2. Open the small hatch at the bottom front, drain the remaining water into a low container and unscrew the pump filter
3. Remove lint, coins, buttons and other debris, then screw the filter back in tightly
4. Check the drain hose for kinks and blockages
5. Run the Spin programme to check that the machine now drains
6. Contact Beko service if E5 returns
