The machine cannot drain water, usually because of a high drain position, a folded hose or a blockage.

1. Check that the drain hose is not folded, kinked or blocked.
2. Make sure the drain hose is at the correct height and not too high.
3. Clean the drain pump filter of lint and debris.
4. Contact service if water still does not drain.
