Unbalanced Load
Description
The laundry is unevenly distributed in the drum, so the machine cannot spin it. The Hisense manuals give two causes: the laundry has tangled into a lump, or the load is too light.

Additional Troubleshooting
1. Switch the machine off and open the door
2. If the laundry has tangled, shake it loose and put it back into the drum
3. If the load is too light, add a few more items, such as one or two towels
4. Close the door and run the separate Spin program
5. If Unb appears again, contact Hisense service
