Door Lock Error

Description

The door did not lock at the start of the programme. On Hisense washers whose display shows E:xx codes, the manual lists E:02 as a door lock error; machines of the F-code platform show the same fault as F13.

Additional Troubleshooting

1. Close the door firmly until it clicks — if a beep sounds after pressing Start/Pause, the door is not fully closed
2. Unplug the machine, plug it back in and start the programme again
3. If E:02 comes back, contact Hisense service
