Water Filling Error
Description
The machine could not fill with water in the expected time. On Hisense washers with E:xx codes the manual lists E:03 as a water filling error — not a drain fault, which is E:07 on the same machines.

Additional Troubleshooting
1. Make sure the water tap is fully open
2. Clean the filter at the inlet hose connection
3. Check that the inlet hose is not kinked or squashed
4. Water pressure must be between 0.05 and 0.8 MPa — check it if the tap is open and the hose is fine
5. Press Start/Pause to continue; if E:03 comes back, contact Hisense service
