Water Supply Fault (older models)
Description
F02 means different things on different Hisense washers. The manual for older front loaders such as HWFE7510 lists F01 and F02 together as a water supply fault. On other models the manual puts F02 in the group of electronic module faults (HWFR6510: codes F02 to F35) or lists it alongside overflow and oversudsing (WFHV6012). Check the manual for your model.

1. Check that the water tap is open, the inlet hose is not kinked and its mesh filter is clean
2. Press Start/Pause to clear the code and start the program again
3. If the code does not clear, switch the machine off, then on, and restart the program
4. If F02 persists, unplug the machine and contact Hisense service
