Oven Automatic Safety Shut-off
Description
S-01 is Samsung's safety shut-off, not a fault. The oven switches itself off after running at one set temperature for a long time: 16 hours below 105 °C, 8 hours from 105 °C to 240 °C, and 4 hours from 245 °C to the maximum.

1. Switch the oven off and take the food out.
2. Start cooking again if needed — the oven can be used straight away.
3. For very long programmes, plan around the time limits above.
